Right Hand

A personal assistant that really knows you.

From a conversation

Right Hand in use

One request, from a message to a reminder.

Fig. 1 · One request

A fictional example: while reading a message from Maria asking for a design approval, someone uses the floating bubble to add a task to approve it by Friday and set a reminder for tomorrow at ten. Right Hand records it under Work, Website. The task sheet shows its source. The next morning a notification arrives, the person asks about Maria in chat, and the same chat is shown on the web app on a laptop. This animation is silent and time is compressed.

02/ 05

A task with its context.

Filed under Work / Website. Its sheet records where it came from.

A fictional request; time is compressed. Right Hand works in English and Greek, on an Android phone and on the web.

What it keeps

Tasks, reminders, memory

It keeps track, so you don’t have to.

It keeps your tasks and reminders, reads what you share with it and learns how you work. Ask what it can do for you, and it walks you through the rest.

The essentials

Tasks & reminders

Keep tasks under a topic, with their source and history. Set a reminder for a time, a schedule, or when a task has had no progress for a while.

Memory

Right Hand learns your habits and preferences. You can confirm what it notices, reject it, or correct it.

Reading on request

Share a file or a link and discuss it, or make a task of it. Ask about your schedule or a decision you made earlier.

Getting started

Ask what it can do for you. The assistant walks you through the first steps and helps set up the add-ons you need.

Add-onsOff until you switch them on.

Calendar & mail
Reads your calendar and suggests tasks from new mail. It can’t send mail or change your calendar unless you explicitly allow it.
Personalised digest
A daily selection of personalised news. It gets better with every story you open or skip.
Transport
Departures and service changes for the lines and stations you choose in Athens.
Coding sessions
Follow your Claude Code and Codex sessions: where each project stands and what was done today.
Voice check
It knows your voice. If a voice doesn’t sound like yours, it asks for your fingerprint or PIN first.

On your terms

Access & data

It runs on your server and waits for your say.

Your data can stay on a server of your own, or on ours. Any important action waits for you to allow it.

Before it acts

Important actions wait for an Allow or Deny on your phone. An important change it is not sure about is held for you to confirm.

Where it runs

On your own server, or on ours, through a private, encrypted connection. To answer you, the assistant sends your message and the notes that message needs to Claude or the AI provider of your choice. Nothing else leaves the machine.

What it can’t do

See your passwords
Your passwords, mail login and calendar links are kept where the assistant can’t reach them, by design.
Fall for prompt injection
Hidden instructions in a web page, an email or a file don’t work on it. It reads them as information, never as orders.
Give way under attack
It withstood more than 200 simulated attacks, including a well-known security test for AI assistants.
